For April I am planning to do the 30 Day Squat Challenge. Now looking at the schedule at first looks a little overwhelming. But fitness is about pushing yourself and setting goals. So I’m going to commit to this. I hope I can do it! I will keep you updated.
If you don’t think you are quite ready to do 250 squats, here is an alternative squat challenge. You have to start somewhere, and this is a good place!
